    Hi, I just finished the Perfect Body training plan, and am wondering what app to do next. I don’t know if I should rather do the Hardcore bodybuilding plan or the 3 month muscle building plan. I would like to gain more visible muscle mass. Prior to the perfect body plan, I weighed ca. 72 kilos, now Imweigh about 84-86. I am 28 years old and am 1,80 metres in size. Can you advise me on which plan I should follow next to get the best results for more visible muscle mass??
