This time 13 is your lucky number! 13 weeks is enough for you to build the body of your dreams with this revolutionary bodybuilding system that will push your body beyond the limits, this program will take you to the next level, helping you build a strong, muscular figure.

The Dream Body Workout Plan is designed to maximize muscle and strength gains while still promoting fat loss. It will start you with a strong foundation of muscle to take you to the next level and prepare you for more advanced techniques. Each of the 4 phases will be no longer than three weeks and will include a variety of muscle building exercises designed to keep your body growing at its maximum potential.

Phase 1 (Week 1 to 3) – Foundation: In the first 3 weeks work in the 4-6 rep range and concentrate on increasing your weight every week to lay the foundation for future size gains.

Phase 2 (Week 4 to 6) – Strengthening: In the next 3 weeks you keep the weight that you used in Week3 and increase the number of reps every week to put your expanding muscles to maximum use!

Phase 3 (Week 7 to 9) – Growth: In this phase for 3 weeks you will use the 8-10 rep range and you will increase again your weight from week to week for maximum muscle gains!

Phase 4 (Week 10 to 12) – Perfecting: In the last 4 weeks you will enhance and consolidate what you builded in the first 3 Phases, while decreasing the number of reps you will increase again the weight from week to week.

In Week 13 you will be able to see your progress after you start working out in the 4 to 6 rep range now you arrive in the same point but twice bigger and stronger. Look at your progress chart and see for yourself!
